I could not get it working. Though I have Windows Vista, due to company requirements so it may me okay on computers with a good operating system.

Too Complicated I am currently testing a few different Bandwidth limiters for a guest house I have and at this point it seemed to be a little too difficult and required too much imput to get to work.I still have a copy of it and if I am unable to get a different program to fofill my requirements I might give your program another go.Thank you for letting me evaluate your product.J Lowe
